How does per-minute pricing work?
Usage is billed per connected minute at $0.03/min for calls. Your monthly plan includes a base allocation, and overages are billed at the same rate. SMS and email are included in your plan.
Can I switch from Pro to Enterprise?
Absolutely. Most clients start on Pro and upgrade within the first month as they see results. Your onboarding specialist will help with the transition.
